Most appointments last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the services you book. We'll always let you know the estimated time when you schedule.
We understand that plans change. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to [2 hours] before the scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations after that may incur a small fee of AED 20.
We accept credit/debit cards, QR Code, Payment Link, and mobile payment options. Payment is made after your service is complete.
For most locations within our service area, there’s no additional travel fee. If you're located outside our standard area, a small fee may apply, but we'll let you know upfront during booking.
